The wonderful exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On the main terrace you will find a private chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 6m x 5m and a depth range of between 0.75m and 1.65 metres. If you prefer, you can swim in the sea thanks to the private and direct access through the lush and well-kept garden. Outside, there is also a porch, a barbecue area and several terraces where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions while enjoying the spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The well-kept and elegant interior of the 4-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On three of the floors you will find living rooms equipped with AC and Smart TV. The living room on the main floor also has a dining area, while the other two have access to two terraces with sea views. On the ground floor there is a separate kitchen with gas hob and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. In the house there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there are 6 bedrooms spread over several floors, all of them with AC and heating. Three of them have double beds and also have en-suite bathrooms, two of them with shower and the other with shower and bathtub. The remaining three are equipped with two single beds.
