Located in a quite peaceful road, Casa Serendipity is only a 15 minute flat walk to the town centre of Moraira. By car only a 5 minute drive.
This beautiful villa is surrounded by Palm trees and mature Mediterranean plants, including Bird of Paradise, bright purple Bougainvillea, Olive trees, age old cacti and many more exotic plants, making these gardens a delightful and relaxing environment to enjoy.
There are three good sized bedrooms on the ground floor all with their own en-suite bathrooms and unique individual designs. The large and bright master bedroom with its character rounded windows letting in plenty of light, has a kingsize bed. One of the two guest bedrooms has access to the pool and terraces, also with a kingsize bed. The second guest bedroom has the pretty original stained glass window adding to its traditional Spanish charm, and has two single beds. All three bedrooms lead off of the downstairs lounge, which also has a fully equipped kitchenette and large fridge freezer. Plus a work space with fast wifi internet, so you can easily work from here if you wish. This downstairs area is accessed from the upstairs of the villa by an internal staircase, and also has direct access to the beautiful pool, terraces and gardens.
On the upstairs of the villa you have the large oval shaped naya with sea views and overlooking the pool, terraces and gardens. In the naya you have a high quality dining table and chairs for 6 people, and a new gas BBQ.
The upstairs of the villa has the main good sized modern kitchen, which is well equipped including dishwasher. From the kitchen is the dining room with a glass topped table and seating for 6 people. From the dining room you have the main lounge with a rounded turret shape feature which is tastefully decorated and furnished, being a light bright and airy room with the many windows. There is also a modern bathroom. The hot & cold air conditioning unit keeps the upstairs cool in the summer, and cosy and warm in the winter months. Making this stunning villa ideal for winter and summer holidays.
The private 8 x 4 pool is surrounded by non slip terraces and gardens, and a pergola beside the pool, with a good quality table and seating for 6 people, giving a nice shaded area to enjoy eating al fresco or simply a relaxing drink poolside, a wonderful way to enjoy your holiday. Surrounding the pool are 6 high quality sunbeds, and various other seating options as well, take your pick and relax.
There is ample parking for two to three cars under a shaded car port within the villas grounds, keeping your cars safe and protected from the sun.
Throughout the villa is hot and cold air conditioning in every room, and double glazed windows.
