This neighbourhood is the most cosmopolitan in Barcelona, where Barcelona families mix with the young and international atmosphere. The flat is very well connected by public transport, as Line 1 of Metro Urgell is 1 minute on foot, and lines 5 and 2 are about 5 minutes away. In addition, there is an Aerobus stop 2 minutes on foot.
The flat is located five minutes walking from Paseo de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya. Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya and Universitat are within less than 10 minutes walking from the building. The beach is 15 minutes away by metro or bus (59).
