It's located on the ground floor in a residence with a community rooftop swimming pool, parking and all the necessities for short and long stays.
Attention: There is a construction project going on on the street in front of the apartment that may create some daytime noise.
You will have the entire apartment at your disposal and also access to the community swimming pool. The swimming pool is available from 8 am till 8 pm, while closing between 2 pm and 4 pm. Due to Covid regulations, the maximum capacity is 15 people at a time.
The study has doble bed and a loft bed that allows us to accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children
Fully renovated and equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, cutting boards, set of knives, plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils, glasses/plates.
There is AC, smart TV, and fiber optics 5G in the apartment.
