This wonderful duplex apartment has been furnished to a very high standard. The apartment is situated in the Costa Galera urbanization & is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and outdoor pools.
The apartment faces southeast & has been designed with outdoor living in mind. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property also boasts 3 terraces, and a sun trap roof terrace with fantastic views. The fabulous Sierra Bermeja Mountain National Park forms the perfect backdrop, and in front, guests have views overlooking the sea. The beach is less than 10min walk away.
The property is secured with door and window shutters as well as an alarm system, and WiFi is included in the property for guests to use free of charge. There is also a dedicated underground parking space for guests to use. Additional free parking is available on the road within the urbanization.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment and terraces. Our guests also have access to all of the outdoor pools within the urbanization during opening times.

With the fabulous Sierra Bermeja Mountain National Park as a backdrop, and in front, stunning views overlooking the pool below, and the Mediterranean Sea.
The beach is less than a 10min walk from our apartment, but we recommend guests to hire a car during their stay to fully experience the beauty of Estepona and surrounding areas.
There is a dedicated parking space for guests to use in the underground car park. And plenty of on road free parking is also available within the urbanization.
Estepona is one of the most westerly towns of the Costa del Sol and a key tourist town whilst still retaining a real Spanish feel. It is situated right on the coast, approx 70km from Malaga, between Marbella and Gibraltar.
It has excellent facilities, from restaurants and bars to fantastic beaches. The area is laden with activities to keep tourists busy and the area around is bursting with fascinating sites and places to see. There is something for everyone here.
Within Estepona you can find a traditional old style Andalusian pueblo. But you’ll also find a thoroughly modern tourist aimed town. This is a town that maintains its rustic charm whilst still providing a holiday haven. That has, unfortunately become a rare thing. Estepona is definitely an exceptional and unique place.
