The approx. 50 m² top floor apartment has an open living area with a small kitchen block, dining table and a corner sofa. The sofa offers two more sleeping places when it is unfolded. The bedroom has a 180x200cm bamboo bed and an alcove with a small chest of drawers. In addition, the apartment has a small storage room with a shelf and a shoe cabinet and a small bathroom with a bathtub.
Due to the sloping roof, the apartment has a very low ceiling height.
The apartment can only be reached via a very narrow and very steep staircase.
In this house we rent three apartments. A 3-room apartment on the ground floor with a garden, a 4-room apartment with a balcony on the 1st floor and an attic apartment with a bedroom and an open kitchen/living area. However, the attic apartment can only be reached via a very steep and narrow staircase and may not be suitable for everyone.
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer that can be used for a fee.
There are already parking spaces in front of the house, but the outdoor area is still being completed (due to a new building next door, paving work still has to be done).
