The villa is located in the area of the modern holiday home complex Pinars de Murada (with only 1-2 storey houses) on the edge of an adjacent nature reserve on the southeastern coast of Mallorca between Portocolom and Porto Cristo.
The quiet access road is only intended for residents.
Access through an entrance gate via a long driveway, which is very suitable as a playground, the whole property is surrounded by a fence and a continuous row of conifers.
Children are very welcome.

The small beach in the nearby bay with rentable umbrellas and loungers and a nice restaurant is very suitable for children. Here you can have dinner with live music during the high season.
The nearby center of Cala Murada has shops, a bank, a doctor, a hairdresser, restaurants, cafes and bars.
The area offers peace and seclusion if necessary, but also many opportunities to visit the beach in the many small bays (such as Cala Domingos) or for bike tours (e.g. to the nearby San Salvador mountain), discovery tours, wine tasting, visits to the many local ones markets. Lovers will find an evening party atmosphere in Cala D`Or, 15 minutes away.
