A large, beautiful and charming house located in the Historic-Artistic Site of the old quarter of Siguenza. It was built in 1785, its original layout has been retained as it is being converted into a hostel. It is a 500 sq metre three-storey house with a 200 sq metre back garden with amazing and stunning views to the pine forest. Large common zones, hall, kitchen, dining room, patio.
The hostel is located in the upper part of the town, in the main street between the cathedral and the castle, just 100 metres away from Sigüenza's castle which is a Parador. In addition, we are near to other attractions and landmarks of our area such as Puerta de Hierro, Parroquia de Santa María and Patio de Armas, amongst many other.
The hostel has 4 comfortable bedrooms all of them with ensuite bathrooms. There is one room that accommodates 10 people and three rooms that sleep 6 people, one room which has its own kitchen and a balcony with amazing views to the pine forest and the sunrise.
