The idyllic camping park is located close to nature, directly at the Waldsee, a bathing lake with lido, beach bar, sunbathing lawn, giant water slide and children's pool as well as playground, beach volleyball court and small soccer field. To explore the area from the water, canoes can be rented on site. A highlight is the mini golf course on the grounds of the camping park (for a fee). Furthermore, there is a kiosk, a sauna as well as a laundry room (for a fee) and a Wi-Fi hotspot.
The camping park has the perfect location for hiking and biking, in a varied landscape in the middle of the Altmühltal Nature Park as well as in the Ries Geopark (Ries crater) and close to the Franconian Lake District. Adjacent to the park is an equestrian farm with stables and tennis courts. The town of Wemding with its historic old town, stores as well as restaurants, inns and cozy cafes invites you to stroll around. In winter there is an ice rink on the grounds of the park.
