Welcome to our cozy and comfortable apartment with large and sunny southwest facing balcony. Our apartment has 60sqm, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette. From the toaster to a bread machine, an egg cooker, a coffee maker and a kettle you will find everything you need. The cozy dining area offers enough space for a full breakfast. In addition, you will find in our apartment a telephone, satellite TV, a CD radio and Wi-Fi.
The 30sqm bedroom consists of a double bed and an additional pull-out sofa bed. Right next to the bedroom is the bathroom with shower / WC and two sinks.
Bed linen, towels, tea towels, utilities and final cleaning are included.
