House located in the town of Porto Cristo in a very quiet situation, sunny morning and afternoon, with terrace, garden, barbecue and private garage. Ideal for families or group of friends who want to spend the holidays near the coast through the east of Mallorca.
It consists of 4 bedrooms, two of them equipped with double beds and the other 2 with two single beds. Well-lit TV room equipped with fireplace, air conditioning, two new sofas with 3 seats each, an armchair, national television, Internet / Wifi connection. The main dining room is located between the living room and the kitchen, with a glazed table of about 6-8 seats. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking during the holidays, with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fireplace, table + chairs + 1 sofa and 2 armchairs. There are two bathrooms, 1 of them with bathtub and the other newly renovated with shower. The house is located on the first floor, on the outside of it, there is a large terrace with furniture and sun loungers ideal to enjoy meals outdoors or just relax and sunbathe.
