The chalet is conveniently located just below the main road of the village, a short distance walk up to the shops, restaurants and Telecabine La Tzoumaz- Savoleyres which gives direct accès to Verbier and the 4 vallees.
The chalet is recent, finished in December 2023, it combines old wood, stones and glass to stunning result. Inside, a combination of modern luxury, old wood panelling, and a huge stone cheminee and fabulous lighting make it unique. The lot agreemented by plonging views down to the Rhône valley and across impressive peaks magestically sitting opposite.
The chalet is set over three floors and is built with guests comfort in mind.
The entrance at the bottom floor has a bench and 2 wardrobes and leads to a corridor from where 3 of the 4 bedrooms are located. The bedrooms have various setting which allows to accommodate your group in the most convenient manner. You can choose from a large bedroom with King Size bed, and a desk and chair to create a private place for work for those needing it. It is situated right next to a bathroom, set with a large Italian shower.
The second bedroom contains a double bunk bed. The beds are 140cmx200, which are convenient for 4 children, or 2 couples, or 2 friends.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds, which can be collated together to make a King size 180x200 bed.
There is an additional toilet and shower room on this floor as well as the laundry room (washer and dryer).
The second floor opens up to a large sitting area, dominated by a stone fireplace. 2 sofas ensure comfortable sitting place for all. The dining room and open space kitchen with cooking island complete this room. The floor to ceiling windows open up the space, allowing for continually chaning stunning views.
The extra functional and generous kitchen is designed to support guests to be master entertainers. The central cooking higland is agreemented of a bar and 2 bar stool to chat with guests while cooking. It is equipped to cook and eat for at least 10 people and agremented with high-end appliances, from digitally connected oven with the latest cooking technology (from 4D Hot air, to air fryer) and combines as high performance microwave. The induction cooking plates are large and allows to put several large and smaller pots, it can also be commanded at a distance.
The kitchen also contains a large raclette machine, fondue equipment, a Ninja (multi function cooker), a DeLonghi magnifica evo automatique coffee maker, kettle, toaster, several electric baking tools, a fizzy water maker, a freezer, a large enough fridge to easily accommodate shopping for large groups and to allow for ultimate comfort and pleasure, a wine fridge.
A set of steps takes you to the last floor which is constituted of a landing with seating area and open closet, an ensuite bathroom, with Italian shower and large washbassin. A cosy and nest like bedroom, with luxurious fur touches heads up a Queen size bed. The master bedroom is agreemented by a private balcony which is often baksing in the wintery sun.
The outside aread is composed of a large terrace with stunning views and seating and dining area, with barbecue.
The booking includes a private parking in front of the house for up to 3 cars. It is recommanded to have chains.
