All share a large communal area with gardens and swimming pools (one for adults and a smaller one for children).LAYOUTThe house is distributed across two floors:Ground Floor· Fully equipped independent kitchen.· Guest toilet.· Spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and a private garden, which also has direct access to the communal area and pool.First Floor· Master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, fitted wardrobe, and terrace with sea views.· Second bedroom, also with sea views, furnished with one double bed and one single bed.· Third bedroom with two single beds.· Second full bathroom with shower.GOOD TO KNOW- Group bookings and pets are not accepted.- Air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom.
