Die Ferienwohnung Marienblick liegt etwa 50 m abseits der nächsten Straße direkt an einem kleinen Waldstück mit wildromantischem Bach. Das Zentrum von Berchtesgaden erreichen sie in 10 Gehminuten, wo es alles für den täglichen Bedarf gibt. Das Haus grenzt an zwei Felder an und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Berchtesgadener Land. Das Haus Marienblick befindet sich in ruhiger, zentraler Lage von Berchtesgaden und Parkplätze befinden sich direkt am Haus. In wenigen Gehminuten sind zu erreichen: das Ortszentrum, die Bushaltestelle, das "Naturbad Aschauerweiher Langlauf- und Wegezentrum" mit Bade- und Kneippbereich, Fitness-Parcours, gepflegten Langlauf Loipen und einem weitläufigen Wandernetz, das Eistadion, das Salzbergwerk, sowie das Kur- und Erlebnisbad "Watzmann - Therme". Im Sommer wie im Winter bieten sich vielseitige Ausflugs-, Besichtigungs- und Wandermöglichkeiten. Für Tourenvorschläge stehen wir unseren Gästen gerne zur Verfügung.

WLAN, Kabel TV, Radiowecker mit Bluetooth und ein Sitzbereich im Grünen ergänzen die gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung. Bei Bedarf kann ein Klappbett oder ein Baby-Reisebett zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Für ein Kleinkind steht bei Bedarf ein Babyhochstuhl am Tisch zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang rückseitig des Hauses mit eigenen Sitzgelegenheiten im abgelegenen Teil des Hofes. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus.
