Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett Liegefläche 2x2 m mit Federkernmatratzen und verstellbaren Lattenrosten ausgestattet. Im dritten Raum befinden sich zwei seitlich hintereinander angeordnete Betten, ein kleiner Arbeitstisch mit zwei Stühlen und ein Kleiderschrank. Der Flur führt über in eine Essdiele mit einer gemütlichen Eckbankgruppe mit Esstisch.
Der separate Küchenraum ist mit einer neuwertigen Einbauküche, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und allen gebräuchlichen Haushaltsutensilien ausgestattet. Handtücher, Küchenhandtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt.
Mit Rücksicht auf unsere Kurgäste ist das Rauchen in der Wohnung nicht gestattet. Gegen das Rauchen auf der gemeinschaftlichen Dachterrasse ist nichts einzuwenden. In der Wohnung ist noch ein Festnetztelefon vorhanden.
