Spectacular finca with heated pool for 12 people in Ronda, in the province of Malaga.
Located just 5 minutes by car from the center of Ronda, and with several restaurants and bars just a 15-minute walk away, this beautiful finca has a large private garden and a heated pool from April to October with a heat pump that allows raise the water temperature, although it will always depend on the ambient temperature.
The house has two large en-suite bedrooms with a bathroom with a shower, one of them also with a bathtub, two double bedrooms with single beds, another bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge / freezer with an ice maker and a washing machine.
There is also a study area with a desk and three large living rooms with oversized furniture and rugs and a large wood-burning fireplace. There is a TV with local channels and some European and British channels. The farm has a fast WiFi Internet connection throughout the property, and SONOS / Bose HiFi systems.
In addition to the main house there is an annex apartment with a double bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed to accommodate two more people.
For groups of up to 8 people the apartment will remain closed and will only be opened at an extra cost for groups of 9 or more people.
The farm also has numerous outdoor terraces and areas to rest, eat and relax, as well as a children's playground. It also has a barbecue in the garden.
