Positive: You could not fault the staff, all of them were very lovely and helpful. The only thing I would say is how you have set up the room with ear phones. You have 2 sets (for a couple) and only one connector, which means the earphones do not reach and you end of squashed on one side of the bed, there really needs to be 2 ports, not that we was in the room much, the only other thing I would say is there should be a separate area for shoes as we had someone with really smelly feet (and the ladies were cleaning all the time) but if somebody has bad smelling feet we all have to put up with it. Really enjoyed it and loved all the modern aspects to it. Great location.
