2 Bedroom House in Adnet
Our cozy cottage (60m2) is a house (ground floor) for single use, with a covered terrace so you can enjoy a glass of water even in the rain and can smell the fresh air! It is divided into a fully equipped cozy kitchen, where you can conjure a good meal on the table. The living room (open) connected with a door arch with SAT. TV invites you to an exciting evening on the cozy sofa bed. Of course, 2 separate bedrooms are a must-have, so everyone has their own private room. One of the bedrooms has a patio door to the covered terrace, where occasionally our horses throw a small look at you. Since behind your holiday home the horse trail is to the stable. Our guests also enjoy our horses from time to time with a carrot or hard bread from the terrace to feed right away. A bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a bathtub where a shower curtain is also available, for those who prefer a quick shower. Otherwise you can of course enjoy a full bath. Our garden with a gazebo is to share with our guests from the holiday home (60m2) and our larger holiday home (80m2). Here you also have a barbecue (barbeque) at leisure.
Even if you are 2 families and want to go on holiday with us- this is very good because the two accommodations next door.(Holiday home Leitner + Holiday home Haus Alexandra)
We are very central to the city or to the mountains!

WINTER SKI HOLIDAY: Surrounding ski areas are easily accessible. Smaller in Krispl 5min away and larger about 30 min. Bad Dürrnberg, Flachau, Bischofshofen .....
There is also a funny opportunity to go by tube (Faistenau) about 20km away!
In Faistenau are also great cross-country ski trails!
SUMMER - SPA HOLIDAYS: In the summer, sunbathers and swimmers will enjoy the full enjoyment.
Either you use our rowboat rental for an adventurous boat trip with uninhabited bays where you can enjoy the togetherness - or just lie down on the swimming pool and sleep to yourself.
For long walks through the wonderful forest landscape, some routes are right next to your accommodation!
The various mountains invite you to hike or mountain biking.
For enthusiastic anglers there is also the opportunity to fish.(Ticket sales in the fishing business in Hallein.)
You are very centrally located - just behind your accommodation is a bus stop.(Good transport connections).
Salzburg is only 20min. By car - also by bus and train, they are quickly at all attractions!
A RESTAURANT is right next to the house Alexandra - GASTHOF ALMSTÜBERL. (Highly recommended cuisine)
There are the largest portions and best Schnitzel!
In the evening, this inn is a nice bar (Hermann's bar) - where you can drink a glass or two, with very nice host people and home advantage .... Since they only have to walk across the street. ;-)
