We have renovated a listed residential building in the old town. The house is in the vicinity of several renovated old houses, e.g. B. Built in 1878, one of the oldest inhabited houses (mentioned in a document in 1350) and a multi-award-winning memorial house.
Heating, sanitary and Electrical have been replaced, as have the wooden windows u. the roof insulation / covering. We are finished with the interior, so that a furnished short-term rental of the three rooms (16 or 12 sqm) is possible.
On the ground floor there is a shared kitchen (17 sqm) and two shower rooms next to the room. Of these, a shower room is reserved for the two rooms 2/3 on the upper floor, the other is only accessible from room 1 (ground floor). In addition to these two rooms on the upper floor, there is an additional toilet for common use.
The rooms or the house are located in the city center (old town) with attractive restaurants as well as a bakery, butcher, etc. in the immediate vicinity. For local recreation, you can reach the banks of the Danube or similar within a few minutes' walk. The train station is also just 10 minutes away on foot.
