Summary: This is a true Swiss lodge at nearly the top of nowhere. The staff is friendly but it helps to have a little German or French. Be sure you specify exactly what you want in a room..like a shower AND toilet, or you may be sharing. You need to be fit enough to walk up to 4 flights with all your stuff. Our top floor room was lovely with 2 comfy twin beds, multiple windows and even a small sleeping loft (for kids?). Pump hand soap was available but if you want bath gel, shampoo, etc, you should bring it. The area is scenic & hiking excellent we enjoyed the outside cafe/bar area with magnificent views.

Summary: Nice remote place, nice stuff. Food for your money. Got upgrade from a room with shared toiled to a room with its own for extra money.
One bummer: we had some frozen food with us and hoped that property would allow us to warm it up in the micro, but they refused.
On the good side: they helped us with anther matter, where they didn't have to help.
Overall, good place.

Summary: We had a newly redone room on the top floor. Lovely view, comfy beds and a modern bathroom. What's not to love?!
