This extremely large, comfortable, bright and central apartment is perfect for groups. This includes, besides the three sleeping rooms, a big living area with sofa and Smart-TV. Also, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, high-quality Boxspring beds are available. A perfect place for groups!
All important stations of the city centre are reachable within walking distance.
All bedrooms are on one level, equipped with fresh sheets and covers and clean towels and enough storage space in the spacious wardrobes.

This apartment is located in the middle of the famous Schillerstraße, directly at Munich Central Station. You won't find a more central location in Munich: The main station, Marienplatz, Karlsplatz-Stachus, Sendlinger Tor, the Oktoberfest and all other important hotspots are only a few minutes' walk away.
Of course, this is accompanied by a certain bustle and lively hustle of the city. Many different cultures, nationalities and people with different backgrounds live together here. It is a mix of high-class restaurants, 4-5 star hotels, bars, the German Theatre and, on the other side, shisha cafés, casinos, table dance bars and Far Eastern shops. But we must not forget that Munich itself and this area in particular are among the safest places in Europe.
However, people who are not used to such a mix might feel a bit overwhelmed at first. We would therefore ask those people who feel uncomfortable with the presence of table dance bars or casinos in the immediate vicinity or are very sensitive to noise NOT to book this apartment!
Everyone else will have an eventful and exciting time here for sure! There will be no other area in Munich that is so diversified, but at the same time so tolerant and open-minded.
