The modern and spacious Blockkogel flat is located on the ground floor and can be reached via its own entrance area. The flat has an area of approx. 80m² and is equipped with two bedrooms (one triple room and one double room), a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate WC. In the living/dining area and in the bedrooms there are TVs with satellite channels. In the fully equipped kitchen you will also find a microwave, a coffee machine with filter, a Nespresso machine and a dishwasher. A small play area is available for our younger guests. A large garden with barbecue facilities is available. Car park directly at the house.
In Umhausen you will find shopping facilities (supermarket, bakery and sports shop) and restaurants. Within walking distance in approx. 2 to 5 minutes.
In Umhausen you will find the Stuibenfall - Tyrol's largest waterfall, the Umhausen natural swimming lake (5 minutes' walk) and the Ötzi village as well as the Ötztal Birds of Prey Park. All the major ski areas such as Sölden, Gurgl and Hochoetz are just a few minutes' drive away.
