Our vacation home is surrounded by green meadows and fields and offers the possibility to relax on the sunny terrace. Lake Chiemsee invites you to a variety of leisure activities. In summer you can swim here wonderfully. A trip by boat to the Fraueninsel and Herreninsel offers a nice excursion throughout the year. Around Lake Chiemsee there are numerous bike paths and nature reserves to explore. In addition, the nearby mountains offer a variety of hiking and skiing opportunities in every season. Cafes, restaurants, supermarket, boat dock, e-boat rental, bike rental and much more can be reached nearby.
The house has a large garden with terrace, gas grill and comfortable garden furniture. The house is an old farmhouse in a quiet village location. It has charm with low ceilings, narrow stairs and some peculiarities of old houses. WLAN is available in the house!
