The modern furnished 3 room apartment, ideally suited for 4-7 tourists is located on the upper floor and is about 75 square meters. You will find 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with a double bed (box spring bed and popper / memory shape). Bed and table linen as well as cuddly bath and hand towels are of course included.
In the new and cozy kitchen you will find dishwasher, coffee machine (Tassimo), toaster, kettle. It is very well equipped with everything you need to take care of your holiday.
Two more people can sleep comfortably on a sofa bed in the cozy eat-in kitchen. One or two children can additionally use the pull-out sofa in the bedroom.
On the approximately 25 square meters large roof terrace (exit of living room and bedroom) you can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. The terrace is equipped with balcony furniture and sun loungers. simply a nice place to enjoy the summer evenings.
The bathroom (shower / toilet) has a shower cabin with a modern rain shower. Of course, we also gave a hair dryer for you. The apartment is perfectly supplied with free parking and WiFi. Of course, a modern TV is also available.
The apartment is located very close to the center You need about 5 minutes to reach the pedestrian area. There you will find restaurants, supermarkets but also small local shops like a typical Bavarian bakery. The bus stop is right outside the door. With GaPa Card (which you can get from us), you can use the bus for free to discover the area and the surrounding area.
