WELCOME TO OUR HOLIDAY HOUSE - The house "Maria", separated from the original Feriendorf complex "Schloßberg", with 70 sqm of living space was completely renovated in 2009/2010. Now it is renamed "LIVI" and is run in association with Haus Adele. House LIVI is completely restored in the living area in October 2016, ie a state-of-the-art new kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher as well as Jura coffee machine is installed, the floors were renewed, a compl. New colors of living and sleeping areas! It is situated in a beautiful, quiet location, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests with a view of the Bavarian mountains.
Each cottage has 2 separate bedrooms with private WC. On the ground floor there is another toilet with shower. The comfortable living area is equipped with a full HD flat LCD 37 "and has a direct access to the furnished terrace with sunbathing lawn.We also offer WLAN and DSL connection.The couch can be converted as a sleeping possibility for 2 additional guests The well equipped kitchen The house is partly fenced, is ideal for guests with pets, the houses also have a baby high chair and baby bed (to be requested before arrival).
Breakfast or half-board can be booked in the restaurant "Zum Bräu". Semmel- and firewood delivery service is offered on site. For only 20 EUR extra charge we offer you 2x bed linen, 2 bath towels, 4 towels and 1 kitchen towel.
The Feriendorfanlage is surrounded by meadows, fields and forests, on the outskirts of Zandt. The district town of Cham is about 10 km away and offers various shopping opportunities. There are beautiful hiking and biking trails, children's playgrounds and also a football pitch. In the village, the hotel "Zum Bräu" offers the possibility of a Bavarian cone evening on a land-like asphalt-cone railway. The restaurants offer great from the Bavarian cuisine.
