Our modern furnished holiday villa, with a breathtaking view of the Brauneck and the surrounding mountain range, invites 4-12 people for a relaxed and relaxing holiday. The Brauneckbergbahn and lifts can be reached in just a few minutes by car, as well as the city center of Lenggries with various shops. Whether the Alps, Isar paths, hikes, mountain lakes, natural or swimming pools, summer and winter toboggan runs, bike tours, Bavarian restaurants, ski areas or cross-country skiing routes, the area offers everything that a nature-loving holiday heart desires. Reachable from Munich by car in about 1 hour; the train station with connection to Munich is 2 km from the house.
Description house
In the house there are 4 bedrooms with 1.40m double beds on the upper floor. Another sofa bed in the living room and in one of the bedrooms offers additional sleeping options. We can also provide you with up to 3 additional 1.10m mattresses.
In addition to the bathtub, the luxury bathroom on the upper floor offers a rain shower with shower nozzles. The second bathroom on the ground floor contains a shower and toilet as well as a urinal.
From 7 people we can provide you with another bathroom with toilet, shower and urinal. Just write us a short message.
A gallery with rocking chairs separates the bedrooms from the dining room. The dining room is very open with high ceilings and lots of windows. From the large table for 8-10 people you have a view of the wonderfully located mountain range. In the large, open kitchen you will find a stove with four hot plates, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a dishwasher and a microwave. Kitchen utensils are available for at least 12 people.
Another smaller living room with TV, with its wooden decoration invites you to relax and offers a wonderful view of the Brauneck through the large window front.
The pool table in the connected billiard room provides additional fun. Duels can be delivered here with different sized cues. Community games, a badminton set with net and Swedish chess are also free to play.
A washing machine with built-in dryer is available together with detergent. A small freezer is also available.
2 terraces offer the opportunity to always sit in the sun, one of which is covered against rain. On lukewarm summer days you can grill here with the large grill (charcoal) available. In addition, a seating area in the garden with a view of the Brauneck offers another opportunity to enjoy your vacation.
We do not charge a fee for children up to and including 4 years. So please write to us if your children are under 5 years old. Then we adapt the payment schedule to you, as Fewo-direkt does not automatically deduct these costs from your invoice.

Please note: Our vacation villa is in the countryside next to a farm. This means that you can hear the cows (mainly at milking time). In addition, flies are therefore on the move, especially on summer days.
In winter, the driveway can be difficult to drive on due to snow and ice. We have 2 parking lots below the driveway, but we cannot guarantee that these will be cleared.
Likewise, we cannot guarantee that the road to the house will be cleared and gritted on your arrival and accept no liability for any accidents.
As you can see in the pictures, we have a whirlpool in the garden. Unfortunately, for organizational reasons, we cannot include it in the rental. Therefore it is not mentioned in the accommodation advertisement. The use of the whirlpool is prohibited! Due to repeated unauthorized use, the pool area is now under video surveillance.
Due to some bad experiences, we can unfortunately no longer allow dogs.
