Summary: The hotel front desk staff are very kind and incredibly helpful. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to center of the old town. So the location was great. The room was hot and I didn’t find a way to regulate the heat but I opened the window and all was well. I would rate this a 3 star hotel, the floors are uneven, which creates a 1/2” small riser both to the bathroom and out the door. And maybe because I am an American, lordy the pillows are loose and mushy…. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The place was clean, I thought it was a non-smoking hotel but someone’s smoking there and I walked into the elevator with a very strong smoke smell. All in all, a decent place with lovely and caring employees.
