Positive: The welcome from Joaquin was so warm and friendly. Every request was never any problem, such as extra pillows. He was very informative about the local restaurants and bars. We needed a relaxing weekend, and this hotel certainly ensured that we did! We were not disappointed with anything - especially the breakfast - pata negra as the Spanish say!!!!
