Fully equipped for any time of the year and recently remodeled, it is perfect to enjoy your holidays in a privileged environment and at the same time have access to the entire leisure offer of the Costa Dorada at approx. 20 luminaries in car.The house is located in the center of an estate of 6 Ha 700 m. from the center of the village of Riudoms, near the beaches of the Costa Dorada (10 km from Cambrils, 15 km in Salou) and important cities (5 km in Reus, 20 km in Tarragona, 100 km to Barcelona ). And only 18 km. Puerto Aventura. Mas Xanxo is formed by two houses. The large house has 4 double bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large living room with a fireplace, a games room and two full bathrooms. Highly recommended a walk through the farm.The town of Riudoms has 6000 inhabitants and has all the services that our visitors may need: primary care center, supermarkets, bakeries (cakes of all kinds are famous, mainly the "cocas de recapte", bars, restaurants ... .. During the summer there are many activities and it is worth noting the verbenas in the hermitage of San Antonio, 250 m away from the Mas Xanxo, with orchestras, dancing and a good restaurant with excellent quality / price ratio, a few km away there are different fields The possibility of trips and excursions in the area are numerous: The beaches of Cambrils, Salou, the Pineda Montroig . the stay in Port Aventura, the city of Reus, with its outstanding modernist heritage and a great commercial activity. the city of Tarragona, with its architectural treasures from the Roman and medieval times, the Priorat region, famous for its excellent wines, the Ebro Delta, the city of Montblanc and the Cistercian monasteries, and, evidently You, Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia.
