The highlight of the living room is the beautiful ceiling dome painted with a celestial motif - sit back and relax while gazing up at the sky.
A pellet stove provides cozy evenings during the winter months, while air conditioning provides necessary cooling in the summer. The dining area comfortably seats four people, and there's plenty of cutlery and crockery available. Guests can enjoy an excellent Wi-Fi connection.
Kitchen and Utility Room:
The kitchen with its high-quality marble countertop and Andalusian wall tiles is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. There's a continental coffee machine as well as a Spanish coffee maker. Ample storage space in the utility room ensures that you don't have to store your luggage in the bedrooms. The fridge-freezer and washing machine make longer stays very easy.
Master Bedroom (with en-suite bathroom):
The bed measures 180x200 cm and ensures a restful sleep for guests. The fitted wardrobes offer plenty of space, and there's a bench where you can place your clothes.

This bedroom is equipped with a 140x200 cm sofa bed (and an additional mattress topper) and a desk for working. This way, the bedroom can be either a bedroom with an office or a workspace. Breakfast Terrace:
The small terrace with relaxing wicker chairs is ideal for enjoying the morning sun. The view from the terrace is spectacular, overlooking the mountains, the communal pool, and the valley towards the Mediterranean. Even in the dark with a glass of wine, the views from here are breathtaking.
Main Terrace:
The main terrace is equipped with a family-sized dining table and adjustable garden chairs, as well as a lounge sofa for relaxation. The retractable awning on the wall offers you the opportunity to retreat into the cool shade to escape the heat. The house has its own carport.
Access for Guests:
The communal pool, shared between eight residential units, is accessible via a hidden path between our house and the neighboring house.

There are shopping opportunities in nearby Turre (10 minutes) or Mojacar (25 minutes). We recommend doing your first shopping on the way to the property. In Cabrera, there are two restaurants and a bar.
