Situated on La Torre Golf Resort, Paradise Palm Villa is one of the largest villas on the resort and has been further extended to the rear of the home to include separate dining area that seats 6. Paradise Palm has just been refurbished ( March 2022) to include 3 newly tiled bathrooms, dining room extension with bi-fold doors leading to a newly grey tiled patio area with large lawned garden and private pool.
The villa has just been furnished to an extremely high standard including 55" tv in the main living room and tv's to the 3 remaining bedrooms. The home has free internet access and british cable tv channels. Gas central heating is installed and a/c to main living room and all bedrooms.
The Kitchen is fully fitted and includes oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. Bed Linen, towels provided and hairdryers and an Iron are provided. Travel cot and High Chair is also available.
MASTER BEDROOM (1st Floor): King size double bed, built in wardrobes, ceiling fan, tv and en-suite with walk in rainfall shower, toilet and vanity sink.. Separate air conditioning unit.There is also a balcony to the front and a sun terrace / solarium off this room to the rear.

To the rear of the villa which stands on a large corner plot is a heated swimming pool surrounded by tiled patio with 6 sun loungers and larger lawned garden area , ideal for the little ones to play.Please note, pool heating is optional and is charged at £20 night) and must be booked at least 7 days in advance.
