This home is less than 100 yards from a local bus stop to Vail Village. You'll also find some of the best deck views in the charming West Vail neighborhood! You'll be less than three miles from the gondolas of Vail Mountain and just eight miles from Beaver Creek, so dress warmly for those winter slopes. Just four miles west, summer guests will find Sage Outdoor Adventures ready to offer many activities like horseback riding, snowmobiling, fishing, and even whitewater rafting tours. Betty Ford Alpine Gardens is less than five miles away, with events and public tours the whole family will love.
Inside, the home enjoys 1,600 square feet of living space spanning three levels. The first level features ski racks for all of your winter gear. Upstairs, the second-level living area is a beautiful gathering place featuring an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, two comfy sofas, and an oversized leather chair and ottoman combination that's perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. You can step out onto the back deck from the living room and breathe in the spectacular views. Adjacent to the living room, the full kitchen offers lots of space and is pleasantly updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area is just off the kitchen. There is also additional seating at the bar.
You'll find the private main bedroom with a dedicated bathroom on the upper floor. A queen air mattress can be set up in the main bedroom upon request for additional sleeping arrangements.
