This villa is located in a quiet urbanization, only 700 meters away from the beach, with a panoramic sea view from the 30-meter-wide terrace.
The house is situated on a hill, providing you with a beautiful view! It is convenient to have a car.
All four bedrooms on the upper floor, as well as the living room and kitchen, offer a sea view.
The spacious living room measures 15 meters and features satellite TV and local TV channels, including most European channels and movie packages.
There is ample seating space for 12 people, as well as a large dining table with 8 chairs. The entire house is modern and newly furnished.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has an additional dining area with 4 chairs and 4 bar stools, as well as a TV. There is also an additional utility room with a washing machine, dryer, sink, and plenty of storage space.

On level -1, you will find the 5th bedroom. This space is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, air conditioning, a spacious living room with a TV, and a complete kitchen with a built-in coffee machine, combination microwave, and dishwasher. From this room, you have access to a second terrace.
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The master bedroom has a large private terrace and a whirlpool bath with a spacious dressing room, as well as a natural sea view.
Two other bedrooms also have access to a very large terrace through sliding doors.
In total, there are 7 TVs in the villa.
All beds in this house are 180 cm wide and 200 cm long.
All bedrooms are individually equipped with controllable air conditioning.
The villa is accessible via an automatically operated gate measuring 4 meters wide, and there is ample on-site parking for 5 to 6 cars.
The large garden consists of 3 levels and has many fruit trees.
