This is a wonderful villa on one of the largest plots in Shangrila Park, Playa Blanca. The kitchen was remodelled and upgraded in April 2019 (a new dishwasher was added) and both bathrooms in July 2018 (a full shower enclosure was added to the main bathroom, in addition to the bath, and the en suite was increased in size with a walk-in shower unit).
A very large patio with covered pergola offers shade and privacy, with outdoor dining available using the integrated barbecue. A second small patio with built-in Canary bench seat is outside the master bedroom. A secluded roof terrace over the whole property provides a further private sun area with wonderful views to Montana Roja and across the sea to Fuerteventura.
Shangrila Park is a quiet community with one of largest private pools on the island (Refurbished in July 2018). A key to the pool area is provided. A tennis court (refurbished in 2019) is available as well as a number of communal open 'play areas' on the complex.
This property is well maintained and freshly decorated by the owners who regularly visit and use their home. It includes access to free fast internet (50 MB) Wi-Fi and free full access UK IPT, including sports and film channels. Internet and DVD player also available via 42' internet/SMART TV). A second TV & DVD is wall mounted in the second bedroom. There is a wide selection of DVD and reading materials.
The remodeled en-suite bathroom attached to the master bedroom provides a modern fresh fully tiled floor and walls with walk-in shower with screen, sink and w.c.

The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with new dishwasher, oven and grill, microwave, toaster and indoor and outdoor crockery. Everything required to cook for 6x guests is typically provided with pots, pans , cooking utensils, coffee makers, serving dishes etc.
3 x adult bicycles are provided for the use of guests (plus folding bike).
All linen and towels are provided - local cleaning and maintenance contacts are on-site.
A small well stocked shop is available on the complex and the nearest beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants (Faro Park) are a 15 to 20 minute walk away. Just head for the lighthouse directly from the rear gate entrance and turn right at Calle Irlande!
Late Arrivals can be accommodated by the on-site representative, and basic food provisions can be purchased at cost, and placed in the villa, if details are agreed in advance of arrival.
Normal entry time is 4pm, and normal departure time is 10am unless otherwise agreed in advance.
A full house alarm system connected 24 hours per day is provided, and operated by a simple key fob. A safe is also available for guest use.
