Positive: The position of the apartment, quite central. If you have an issue you can contact the property owners on booking or mail and they will help you with your issue. They are only operating 10AM-10PM so for any issue outside of that, there is no contacting option. The check-in is very simple and you can also checkin late if you need to. All the instructions on how to get in the possession of the key will be provided on the day of your arrival.

Negative: There were issues with the heating of the apartment and the hot water. We reported the issues and they solved the issue that day. They said the water boiler disconnected and they need to contact the neighbour to help solve it. Even if the heating and hot water issues were solved that day and quite fast, the next day we had the same issues again. There was no time to contact the property again because they contacting schedule was past already and we left the next day. This seems a recurring issue so maybe they need to check on that in more detail as having -7 degrees Celsius outside and no heating inside is not feeling good.

Summary: Well positioned, central, issues with heating and hot water but owners are responsive
