Cozy and beautiful holiday home with a 1000 m2 plot divided into 2 floors. Located in Lloret de Mar (Costa Brava).
The house has a capacity of 10 people, with a plus of 2 more people, since the house is very spacious and with all its comforts.
It has 4 bedrooms, spread over the 2 floors. Two bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and the last one with two bunk beds on the ground floor. Equipped with two bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is a billiard table and a table football, which gives access to the private pool with its sun loungers and the spectacular barbecue.
In addition, you can access the community pool in the area that is only 400 meters away. In the same area, both adults and children can enjoy themselves, as it is lined with football courts, tennis courts and a restaurant.
The villa is 7km from the beaches of Lloret de Mar, Tossa and Blanes, as well as the beautiful coves of the Costa Brava.

Summary: This is a nice property with lovely owners, but it is being poorly managed by an awful agent. Our biggest concern is that the agent confirmed the property has air conditioning in all rooms. It doesn't - it has ceiling fans in some rooms. At night we struggled to get the indoor temperature below 29 degrees C. No sleep = ruined holiday. When we complained, the agent came to the property and said 'so what's your problem' and when we explained she told is the property has air conditioning she pointed to the windows and ceiling fans and said 'it does' !! The property is listed as being suitable for 10 people. It really isn't. One of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are in a damp downstairs space (converted garage) that has its own separate entrance that isn't accessible from the main living space. If you want to use the downstairs bathroom, you need to collect get the keys for the downstairs space (you need the keys every time to open the door), leave the upstairs space, go down some external steps, open the door and then move right across the width of the building. Hardly relaxing Other issues: sunbeds that were unsafe and kept collapsing, not butter knives and one coffee cup/mug for 6 guests. We only booked this property as we were told it had air conditioning. If the agent had been honest we would never have booked. We complained to VRBO who sent the agent an e-mail then close our case ! All we can do now is pursue some form of refund via our credit card company.
