Location! Location! Location! Enjoy your deck at beautiful Bluebird Sanctuary, on a hill overlooking the French Broad River, New Belgium Brewery, River Arts District, and mountains in the background. Park your car and relax in fun West Asheville. Centrally located, you can forget parking hassles downtown. Only 1.8 miles away, you can walk, bike, or take the bus (two blocks away) to downtown. It is approximately a 20 minute walk or 5-minute drive.
Guests have the entire lower floor to themselves with private entrance, living room, bath, kitchen, and library–bedroom with a queen size bed. The private deck is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The rooms have spacious high ceilings, and filled with antiques, original art, and photography. Kick off your shoes for an acupressure massage on the river rock floors in the luxurious bathroom.
The kitchen has a stainless fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cook top, coffee maker and organic coffee. All linens are provided, along with an iron, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hairdryer. The home is well taken care of with all high-end comfortable furnishings. You will also find backgammon, dominos, and cards.
