Summary: The villa was very good. There were six adults, two teenagers and one child aged 8. The property was great and the pool was amazing. The bedrooms were good but we were disappointed that two of the five bedrooms did not have air conditioning, so some were finding it hard to sleep at night as it was extremely hot. The beach towels were good as were the bathroom towels. It was a bit disappointing to find there were no kitchen towels available. We had to go and buy this, which we left in the kitchen. We requested a maintenance man to come and repair a shower head and while eating a meal in the dining room our daughter's chair collapsed and she injured her back and neck, unable to move for a few hours. When we inspected the other chairs there were another three that were not good. The maintenance man took away and old chairs and brought four new chairs. This incident could have resulted in a very bad injury indeed. The handle to the double doors to which the cars can enter kept falling off. The maintenance man said he could not repair this. Despite these mishaps we had a wonderful time. The coastline is beautiful and so quiet. We had barbecues and ate out three times and it was all good. We would like to return to the area in the future. We sent a request to Universal Holidays for our family to check out at 12 pm instead of 10am and this was granted and we were very grateful for this.
