On the upper floor of the house is the kitchen, the master bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and the living-dining room. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of appliances and dishes.
The entire Villa is surrounded by outdoor garden areas, as well as outdoor furniture and barbecue area.
The pool is heated during the cold months of the year (from mid-October to the end of April) and has a folding structure to cover it or open it to the open air.
This house is ideal to enjoy your holidays with family or friends. The house has a cot and high chair for children and the stairs have safety doors for children.
The whole house has air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi in the house (but not in the apartment).
The area where the Villa is located is a mountain facing the sea called 'El candado'. This area is one of the most exclusive on the Costa del Sol, as it is made up of luxury villas between the sea and a golf course.
To visit the city center you can go by public transport, although the best option will be to go by car or taxi, as it only takes between 10 and 15 minutes.
The beach is 1 kilometer away and the nearest supermarket 600 meters away.
