A luxury boutique apartment, our jewel on 175sqm over 2 floors! Two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one with a king-size bed and one with a double bed plus a large sofa for two. The bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The bathrooms have tropical rain showers, hairdryer, make-up mirror, washbasin, toilet and one with a freestanding bathtub under historic roof beams. The living area has two sofas and further seating, has its own library and a wonderful old tiled stove, which extends into the adjacent alpine Swiss stone pine room. The spacious dining table seats up to eight people. The perfect place to spend a wonderful time with friends and family, who are also staying with us. There is direct access to a balcony with a view of the mountains. Fully equipped kitchen, stove with oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The whole apartment has cosy wooden floors, the upstairs bathroom has a tiled floor. Free use of washing machines and dryers in the basement. Pets are allowed on request, a copy of the insurance is required for booking.
