Ground floor: 1 very large family bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. The room has it own private bathroom. The bedroom is perfect for a family with two children. 1 very large master bedroom with 1 double bed and it own private bathroom.1 very large TV lounge with DVD and direct access to pool garden.
The villa has been completely newly furnished in Scandinavian style in May 2015.
About Villa Yin: Villa Yin is 10 min. from Gandia town which has many shops and supermarkets (Carrefour and others), bars and restaurants. A must: visit the old Borgia Palace, Culture Centre and Theatre. Saturday is Market day. Small golf course by Grau, Gandia. 2 Shopping Malls within 10 min drive. Playa Gandia is blue flagged with beautiful and very long beach with shops and restaurants run along the promenade, evening street market and also a harbour and marina. Gandia station can take you 40 min to centre of Valencia. Inland is the old town of Xativa and Castle once home of the Lords of Gandia. 20 min to Oliva old town and Oliva Playa (7 km long beach that is very child friendly and normally not crowded) , Castle and Friday Market. The Oliva Nova Golf is nearby, designed by Seve Ballesteros. GoKarting, Horse riding, sailing, kite surfing and much more are all available in the area.
