Steps lead down to private swimming pool and sun terrace, with outstanding 180 degree panoramic views of Moraira town and sea through to the Ilfache Rock at Calpe. The town and beach are within a 10 minute walk. There is an external dining area with BBQ and secure parking for up to 3 cars.
The interiors are designed and finished to a high specification featuring a modern luxury kitchen open plan to the living space and four tastefully refurbished bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities and two further guest bathrooms with large showers.
