We purchased this home early 2014 and just fell in love with this particular lot. Nestled among the trees at the end of a cul de sac is this wonderful four bedroom house sitting on a massive point lot with main lake vista. Enjoy your private peninsula with over 500 ft of waterfront and a huge boathouse with both sun filled and shaded spaces to enjoy the lake. Water is 8-9 feet deep at the edge of the dock, great for swimming. Walk the lawn with large trees while enjoying a spectacular view of the lake (and beautiful sunset), two person swing and bench at the water's edge on opposite sides of the lot for a little 'alone' time. You will also enjoy the lake with all the toys provided. You have two paddle boats, two kayaks, tube and two SUP (stand up paddle boards). The dock offers steps leading into shallow water for the kids. They have their very own cove to play in.
The house boasts three living areas, three dining areas and three and a half baths for your gatherings. It is well furnished with the living room, dining areas, sunroom and master bedroom all overlooking the lake. The kitchen is well appointed for your cooking enjoyment.
The main level has the master bedroom with King size bed and a Full size sleeper sofa. The lower level has living area with an adjacent game room with foosball table, dart board, pool table and arcade style basketball game. This game room walks out to the lawn/lakeside and path leading to the boat dock. The lower level living area has a sofa (full size futon) and a full bath. Three bedrooms on lower level - one bedroom has bunkbed (twin bed over a full bed) with another bath, one bedroom has a King and the other has a Queen.
Home has high speed internet (this is the fastest currently available at the lake - not the best because it’s a monopoly here at the lake), local/domestic long distance. DVD movies to entertain you.
