UPDATE ON CONSTRUCTION NEXT TO MARFOLIN.
The Aparthotel opposite one end of the Marfolin building and which is the first phase of the construction, is now completed and open for bookings.
The second phase of the development will be a 100 room hotel. The start of this project has been delayed and we have no update as to when it will commence.
Spacious and modern self catering apartment in the small coastal fishing village of El Cotilllo, Fuerteventura. Part of a small development of only 36 apartments, located right on the beach with its own gardens and breath taking views of the lagoon beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. This complex has a large (250sqm approx) swimming pool (not heated) for use by residents only, and is ideal for children as it is not too deep. There are adjacent toilets and showers. For very young children there is a separate shallow pool. Surrounding the pool is a large sunbathing area with supplied sun loungers and attractive gardens with a gate leading directly onto the beach.
