Positive: after 7pm the service was difficult. we had to wait until the next day for them to turn on the heating. there was very limited kitchen equipment, no bins for sharing the rubbish….. The doors with the new app are difficult to open… you need to have a charged phone battery because otherwise you won't be able to unlock the doors…
