Casa Baralluga is a beautiful kept finca and is completely fenced. The place is ideal for families who want to enjoy privacy and a nice quiet area. Also the house is fully equipped for 8 persons, nice private pool and isn't far from village and beach.
The whole area is fenced and there is a kennel so you can take your dogs. It is only 4 km from El Perelló and has a a Masia for 8 people. The ground floor of the House is suitable for disabled access. An ideal place for families that attach to privacy and want to enjoy untroubled, in a quiet area, not too far from the village and the beach. And .... dogs are always welcome! On the ground floor is a large living room with kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, etc. There are two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. The toilet and shower are adapted for disabled access( from 1 oktober). The top floor has a gallery floor and 2 bedrooms one with large terrace with nice views. The total area is 110 m2. Outside there are spacious terraces, a swimming pool and a BBQ place. In the huge garden you will find a variety types of trees and there is a lot of room for the children to be able to safely play.

The nearest villages are El Perelló on 4 km and L'Ametlla de Mar 6 km. El Perello is an authentic, not tourist Spanish village. All amenities are available, such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bakeries and fruit shops. Are you looking for entertainment and beaches with all the amenities you can go to the fishing villages L'Ampolla and L'Ametlla de Mar. in between are small coves where you still can find a "private" beach. In the surroundings there are three major nature reserves: the Ebro Delta, Els Ports and Priorat with beautiful nature.
