We are minutes from Mountain View Ranch and Deer Creek Valley Ranch wedding venues and in the heart of all outdoor activities- hiking, biking, disc golf, horseback riding, fly fishing and ~30 minutes from Red Rocks if you want to catch a show!
THE SPACE
This 2-level, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, home was built in 2019 and is part of a small neighborhood of homes in the town of Bailey. Enjoy your coffee with views of the mountain peaks from one of the two decks, private hot tub, or bbq'ing outside. With two living rooms and plenty of space for groups, it's perfect for mountain-style entertaining.
While an SUV is not required, it is highly recommended as our driveway may cause low-riding vehicles to scrape the underside based on the natural terrain of the road.

KIDS: Traveling with babies or toddlers? We got you covered! Our home has a pack n play (+ pack n play mattress and sheets for added comfort), a high chair, portable black out curtains, and sound machines in each room to help your little sleep soundly!
PETS: We love our furry family members and welcome one well-behaved dog at the house with prior approval! If your pets get on the furniture, we kindly ask that you use the blankets provided to protect our furniture and help keep our place clean for future guests. Dogs must not be left unattended in the home and should be kept on leash at all times- there is wildlife in the area! Fee is $50 nonrefundable.
NO SMOKING: Please note that smoking or vaping is not allowed.
SECURITY CAMERAS: For your safety and the safety of others, we have 1 Ring surveillance camera on the front exterior of the house that monitors the driveway and front entrance.
OTHER: We provide white noise machines in each bedroom as an additional amenity for light sleepers.
