Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Welcome to Moraira Park, a nice bungalow furnished in the traditional Spanish way. Located in a very quiet residential area, this bungalow enjoys pleasant proximity toward a variety of bars, restaurants, and the shopping center Pepe La Sal, only 2 Min. drive. Another 5 Min. drive takes us to the famous coastal town of Moraira, where an unrivaled sand beach can be found together with various water activities.
The sports enthusiasts will find tennis courts and the golf course Ifach within walking distance. The bungalow offers parking for 1 car, from here a few steps down lead us to a small sunny terrace, that access to the bungalow. At the other side of the house, we find a cozy outdoor dining area with a BBQ and a conservatory.
The interior is set on a one-story holiday home. We enter through an open kitchen and living/dining area with Sat+TV+DVD+A/C which has direct access toward a friendly terrace where the barbecue is. We find 2 double bedrooms with their TV, both sharing a Shower room. This bungalow shares along with other bungalows, a very spacious community pool, and a children's pool area.
