Review Score: 4

Summary: There was no heat in the room and it was 3 degrees celcius. I was freezing all night. The motel area is full of homeless drug addicts and is not safe. I did not feel safe in the room and put the dresser and chair against the door. This should not be listed on the Hotels.com site.
