It is located in a quiet new neighborhood within walking distance (10 minutes) of the sandy beach on the Mar Menor in Lo Pagan, restaurants, bars, shops and large shopping center 'Dos Mares'
The 65m2 apartment consists of 2 bedrooms; master bedroom (double bed) and room with one bunk bed and 1 single bed, each with their own bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition to this, there is a living room with open kitchen, dining and lounge area with a leather longchair seat.
Each room has heating / air conditioning.
The contemporary kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances: fridge, freezer, oven, micro, dishwasher, dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, etc ...
